The space Located on a quiet road in the town of Manlius, this private 3 bedroom house is the perfect family rental or couples retreat. This is our version of paradise - A mid century modern rustic home in the wilderness. We have updated each room in the home while preserving some of the original 1940’s era charm. Natural light pours into the sitting room which overlooks the waterfall. Cozy up by the wood burning fireplace in the living room on a chilly night. Our fully equipped kitchen is the perfect spot to prepare a family dinner. Not in the mood to cook? No worries! We highly recommend you bring bug spray if planning to be outside in the warmer months. Mosquitoes and black flies sadly come hand in hand with water and wilderness. You will have access to the Weber gas grill which is located on the deck, right outside of the living room. There is a chiminea and 2 Adirondack chairs on the back patio looking out to the Waterfall. As this is our personal residence, we have personal items in closets as well as our garage and basement that are labeled private or blocked off from guest use. The basement is used as my photo studio and is not included in this listing but please inquire if you'd like to rent this space additionally. Early Check in or Check Out request: If you would like to request an early check in or late check out please ask in advance - we are sometimes able to accommodate ONLY if we do not have another guest staying. We will notify you the day prior if we can accommodate. You may also inquire about renting an extra night to ensure a late check out is available.
