This 2-storey house is located on a hill, a few blocks from the bay and downtown. Downstairs, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and a big bathroom with hot water shower. Upstairs, a 2nd bedroom, sleepbench, a toilet with hand basin and a 24m2 deck with great views of the SJ-Bay. The house is surrounded by a tropical garden inside s small community called Cabañas Lobotepe. Private parking and caretaker available. From the entrance it's a 50m walk on an ascending path with 20 steps. The space This house is located in a property of about 3000m2 with a garden full of fruit trees (lemons, oranges, mangoes) and hardwood trees. It has 2 communal terraces with a barbecue area and splendid views of the bay. Additionally, we have parking area for 6 cars, most of the time during day and night caretaker are present. We receive you with a free 5-gallon drinking water bottle. Besides staying for short vacation periods, this house is also ideal for long stay. Guest access You have access to the 2 communal terraces with BBQ areas and splendid views of the bay, which you can use for dinner and to relax. During the night we close the big gate, the night caretaker will open this when you come back by car. You get also your own key for the small gate, so you can walk in and out any time. Other things to note The house is located in a huge garden area, so be careful with leaving food outside the fridge, as the ants have a good system to discover it. On the property are 2 big barrels in which you should leave your waste in closed plastic bags. We will empty the barrels when the truck of the garbage collection passes by, in general 3 times a week. The house is located on the top of the property (hence the great views) but you have to walk from the parking a 30m path with some 20 stair steps.
