The cottage can accommodate 4 people with 2beds/1bath, desk/workspace, kitchen, living/tv area, separate utility with washer/dryer. The rear patio includes picnic table/seating. The space St. Julien Cottage is hidden deep on the 20 acre farm with a dozen cattle/donkeys and a long driveway. Watch for cattle along the way. The driveway ends at the doorsteps of the cottage. The newly renovated 1,000 sqft cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 with queen bed and 1 with full bed and desk/workspace. The 1 bath has a tub with shower. The living room has a futon, coffee table, games/puzzles/magazines/books, high speed internet, smart tv with Roku only, so bring your own Netflix, Sling etc.. passwords to watch here. The kitchen includes full size refrigerator/ freezer, electric stove, microwave, toaster oven, kuerig cup coffee machine with coffee and sweetener, eating/cooking dishes/pots utensils. Note, there is no dishwasher, I will clean up after you leave. The separate utility room has a full size clothes washer and dryer with small storage space and security door. The cottage has a fenced in yard and rear patio with picnic table and seating. Guest access Inside the fenced in area of the cottage and under the live oak next to the cottage. Note, this property is a working farm with about a dozen cattle and sometimes donkeys. Watch for cattle on the driveway. Please do not attempt to feed or pet the animals, they are not pets.
