Welcome to our coastal rental, a charming retreat nestled in the heart of a vibrant beach town. With modern amenities and coastal decor, unwind in the light-filled spaces and savor beautiful marsh views from the well manicured backyard. Located about a mile from Main Street, you can walk or bike on the flat sidewalk to restaurants, shops and the harbor. Close by you'll also find a dog park, the beautiful public golf course, Widow's Walk and of course the beach! The space This property has 3 full bedrooms and an extra space with a bed to comfortably sleep 7. There are 2 full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath tub and a comfortable living room with a large sofa. In addition to the backyard and fire pit, there is a comfortable screened in porch and a bonus space in the back of the garage structure with a ping pong table and comfortable seating. Towels, beach chairs and additional accessories are always available. There are a few bikes that can be used on the well maintained sidewalks throughout the area. Guest access The full house is yours, along with the bonus garage space and the private backyard. Other things to note Dogs are allowed for an additional $50 fee. We ask that you clean up after your pet in the yard, and not allow them on the furniture.
