All the beds have Nectar mattresses and the bedrooms have sounds machines. We are located just two hours north of New York City. Approximately 90 miles from Brooklyn. Complaints can end the rental early. 4. No indoor fires, no hunting, or events allowed. 5. Extinguish outdoor fires. No subletting or accessing locked areas. 6. Follow pool safety rules: no running, diving, roughhousing, or swimming alone. Use equipment properly, stay out during storms, and no eating or bathroom breaks in the pool. Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Be cautious with the pool and follow posted pool rules. Please supervise kids. 7. Pool heating fee (2-day minimum) to reach 85 degrees. Any evidence of pets inside will be charged a deep cleaning fee as owners are allergic. 9. Renter is responsible to start dishwasher before departure 10. Renter is responsible to take out the trash. There is a trash bin and recycling bin on the side of the house. 11. The owner is not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness occurring during the stay. 12. Renter shall cover any damages made to the property during his/her stay and shall keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
