Graced with a covered street side porch this pedestrian friendly home offers a welcoming invitation to travelers. Upon entering our home you will be greeted with 10’ ceilings, a myriad of warm luminous sunlight that fills every room. Our home has been thoughtfully renewed with great attention to details. While respecting the historic roots of the home new modern conveniences have been introduced. Our gourmet kitchen features Viking and subzero appliances, solid surface quartz countertops, icemaker, and is fully equipped with quality pans, pots, bakeware, bowls, serving dishes, cooking utensils, flatware and many more surprises for the cooking enthusiast. A coffee & Tea station that is equipped with a bean grinder, French press, cold brew carafe system, conventional coffeemaker, tea infuser as well as gourmet whole bean coffee and quality teas. Our home offers on-site secure parking, has 2 bathrooms (no bath tubs), 3 private sunlit bedrooms with queen beds quality lines, warm soft blankets, two types of pillows (soft and firmer), feather duvets with throw blankets, robes, wooden & pillow hangers, luggage racks,extra pillows abs blankets beside USB phone chargers, alarm clocks, 3 separate climate control zones, to insure a comfy stay. There is a professional washer and dryer and we include premium laundry soap, fabric softeners, dryer sheets, ironing board and iron and lint remover roll. The interior furnishings and color palette were professional designed by Restoration Hardware with comfort and transitional design elements. The exterior space has layered landscape with magnolia, olive, and Australian bottle trees, strawberry fig, avocado, persimmon fruit trees are shared with our neighbors and hydrangea, boxwood, roses, and more help to finish off the historic landscape. 🚘🚘🚘⚡️EV Charging Station on site. As a convenience we offer onsite EV Level 2 / 60amp charging station with universal connection J1772. To help insure good environmental stewardship our EV charging station is available and active ⚡️daily between the hours of 9:15pm-3:45pm Please contact for additional details Guest access Guests at Sea Glass Bungalow have access to the entire property both inside and out. Please be assured that our property will be rented to a single group / renter at a time. We respect your privacy and will never rent out to multiple renters who do not know each other. Please know we will require a valid picture ID that matches the guests name on the reservation. We will personally check you and your guests into our home. Please contact us 30 minutes prior to arrival to ensure a timely check-in. Check in is between 4pm-10pm unless otherwise agreed to in advance in writing via the Airbnb platform. Other things to note Sea Glass Bungalow is one of the few LEGAL short term rentals in Downtown Santa Barbara. Our pricing includes TOT, tourism, creek, and all taxes and fees imposed by the city and county of Santa Barbara. We have additional services you can ask about which we charge an extra fee for if you request them: Some service may be limited please inquire in advance. 1. Early check-in 2. Early luggage drop off 3. Late checkout 4. Full cleaning (during stay) 5. Touch up cleaning (during stay) 6. Use of our property for commercial purposes (filming / video) ; this is not included and will require additional charges and insurance. 7. Additional Guest Fees: $150 per person, per night for each guest over 6 total people including children, infants. Also we reserve the rights to charge you penalties for the following damaging scenarios to us: 1. Smoking inside or outside the house 2. Late checkout 3. Broken or missing items 4. Stains on furniture or bedding 5. Excessive mess, over-flowing recycling, and trash bins 6. Party- no organized parties or dinners without prior written approval. 7. All surveillance is actively on 24/7/365 and is located and cover the entire exterior of the home & property only. Locations include all entry points, the Parkinglot, driveway, side yards, and porches. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to ask in advance of confirming your reservation. 8. Property damage must be reported upon check in. Property damage discover after guests leaves with incur special charges including non-prorated and current replacement. 9. Blocking driveway access. Trash is picked up Tuesdays & Fridays from the rear of the home. No vehicles should be in driveway anytime unattended. Please pull to the back to allow access to trash containers. 10.
