It's a duplex apartment. On the upper floor there is a living room, dining room and kitchen. On the lower floor there is a full bathroom shared by two of the rooms and a master bedroom with its private full bathroom. All rooms have access to a large balcony with direct sea view. The space The building has a spectacular view as it is located on the top of a mountain, all the rooms have an ocean view and there is a walking path that takes you directly to the beach in front of the building. Guest access At the top of the building there is a very large terrace on which guests can enjoy the view and take excellent pictures of the sunsets. Other things to note Bahía de Caraquez used to be a beautiful small city, however it was destroyed after the earthquake. Many people died, lost their houses. Now the city is being rebuilt. The apartment has an equipped kitchen, you´ll find sheets and towels. The Earthquake in 2016 left many damges in that area. "El Morro" building had many exterior damages which are still being repaired, however, our apartment is already fixed. We Can arrange a person to cook and clean just let us know in advance, she charges $20 usd a day. For your convenience there is a supermarket in San Vicente, the name is TIA and a shopping mall just across the bridge (five minutes) in Bahía. We recomend you to try Pan de Yuca, empanadas, ceviches and typical food at Panadería Toñito in San Vicente. There you can also find some other good places to eat like La Calaca, el Petiso and El Pelikan. There is also a good Pizzería just across San Vicente´s church. You can also visit Canoa Beach just at 15 minutes north from the apartment, where you can surf. There is a very nice restaurant called Bambu there you can go during the day or night. Briceño is another town just 5 minutes before Canoa , it has a very nice Beach with some good restaurants just on the Beach. You´ll find beatuful beaches, just going downstairs in front of the building. In the building there is a Gurard, his name is Ivan, he is a frindly guy that can help you if you have any problem.
