Condo #6 is located on a stunning beach-Playa El Coco-on the Pacific Coast of Nicaragua. Come experience peace and adventure in an environment of luxury, privacy, and pristine nature. Please note that we require $200 electricity deposit. 40 watts of electricity per day are included in the rental rate. Each watt used above 40 watts per day will be charged at $0.50 per watt. The space Just a few steps from your front door is a pristine white sand beach, bordered by exuberant nature. With a gentle slope, the beach offers a safe environment for children as well as plenty of opportunities for adults to swim and jump waves. Guest access A couple of miles from Playa Coco is the famous La Flor Beach Natural Reserve where thousands of giant paslama turtles come to lay their eggs. Not far from Playa Coco are major attractions including the bustling San Juan del Sur and the elegant colonial city of Granada. Other things to note This complex of 20 condos was expertly designed by Architect Eduardo Chamorro Coronel, who is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects and one of the most prominent architects in Nicaragua. The design really is masterful how it allows for incredible ocean views and terrific privacy. Without being ostentacious, it is luxurious in the truest sense of the word. In order to reduce our carbon footprint and manage high electricity bills rentals come with an allowance of 40 kwhs per day. Any overage will incur a fee of 50 cents (dollars) per kwh. This is never an issue as long as you are mindful of keeping windows and door closed when A/C is in use and to turn off A/C on floors when not occupied.
