First Floor has a living room, 1 Queen Bedroom/1 bath, full kitchen, 2 dining rooms, a 1/2 bath and a front rocking porch with dining space to enjoying breakfast on the porch. All weather porch overlooks the lawn. There is also a laundry room. Second floor of the main house features 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms & an open loft. The Cabin Loft has a private entrance and features 1 king bed, 1 bathroom, a living area, a kitchenette and an office space overlooking the lawn and is available for guests exceeding 7 for an additional fee of $250 per night. Guest access Full access to the house and grounds. If the guest count exceeds 7, the Cabin Loft if available for $250. Garages are off limits. Other things to note This property is lovely for relaxation and enjoyment. Just under 2 acres of beautiful greenery and great location for walking to town center.
