Go back in time to Grandma’s house, nostalgic yet modern with central air conditioning. Relax in this cozy, comfortable home. Located within town limits. Watch for the IMBA Ride Center gold-rated bike trail to be completed in 2025. Locked storage building available to store bikes or skis. The space You will feel right at home in the fully stocked country kitchen with all major appliances and several small appliances including: toaster, blender, electric skillet, crockpot, insta-pot, mixer, waffle maker and Keurig k-cup/coffee pot combo. Dine at the kitchen table with 4 chairs, supplemented by 2 restaurant booths in adjoining sunroom/diner. There are many DVD’s with the TV. Downstairs, there is 1 bedroom with full size bed and Jack and Jill bathroom with walk-in shower. You will also have access to bathroom from multi-purpose room. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms and bathroom with tub/shower. Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed with kids’ cubby. Bedroom #2 has a full size bed. Bedroom #3 has a full size bed plus a twin bed. All linens and towels are furnished. Guest access You will have access to entire house and large yard. Other things to note Located within town limits, the house is about a 3 block walk from Main Street. You will find several restaurants, shops and coffee shops scattered throughout the town. Just a short trek up 219N, you can find a couple shops, IGA (grocery), DG Market and Walgreens. There are many activities for the outdoor enthusiast including golfing, kayaking, skiing, hiking, and fishing. We also have the 77 mile Greenbrier River Trail enjoyed by biking, jogging or just a leisurely walk amidst the beautiful, peaceful scenery. Watch for the new Monday Lick Trail System, to be rated gold with the IMBA to be completed by 2025 or sooner.. This will make it 1 of only 6 Gold Level Ride Centers in the US and will include 27 miles of trails for all levels of bikers. There are also many other attractions in the county. You will find brochures in the house. Fish in the Greenbrier River, Knapps Creek or Williams River renowned for its brown, rainbow and brook trout, smallmouth and largemouth bass, muskie and catfish. You must buy fishing license. Locked storage building out back to store and secure bikes. Corn hole boards are also available in the storage building.
