Villa Kayenna is a lovely house situated a bit higher, giving you a beautiful view of the park, Banda Abou and even the Caribbean Sea. The villa is situated in a beautiful, quiet spot on villa park Fontein, a secured resort. There are enough shady spots around the house to sit. The price you see includes water and electricity. The space The villa is situated a bit higher, which gives you a nice view. There is a spacious parking lot in front of the house where you can park your car. The villa has a beautiful garden all around and a veranda at the front where you have a view of the park and even the Caribbean Sea. From the veranda you enter the room with the kitchen and storage room on the right. From the room you can go to the bedrooms and bathrooms with toilet. The third toilet is at the back of the house. At the back of the house you will find the swimming pool, outdoor shower and a nice palappa. Also sun beds (4) and lounge chairs (4). You can use the small bedroom to put your suitcases. Guest access Our manager Roel Bakker will inform security when you arrive at the park. They may ask for your pass before you enter. Roel has a tenant pass available for you which you can show at the gate so that you can drive through. On the last day when you leave, please leave this on the counter. Other things to note Detached villa with swimming pool Deposit, Electricity and water costs are included in the price. If you have used less water and electricity than budgeted, you will get that part back. The manager will record the water and electricity levels at the beginning and end of your stay. If you have used more, you will receive an invoice for that. A daily budget of $10 per guest is provided. The price is based on a maximum of 2 guests. Each additional guest is charged 10 dollars/night. (max 2)
