This room is for 2 guests only The space Located just on the outskirts of Pedasi, very close to all of the great restaurants, shopping, and beaches. A 15-minute walk to town. Welcome to Casa Tranquila, Pedasi! We are renting a private bedroom with its own private bathroom. The room has a private entrance. The bathroom is an open area with no door The room is located on the lower level, steps to the pool shared with owners of the property. On the entrance upper level, you will find a shared covered deck with chairs, shared to the entrance to our home. Guests have full access to the pool and all outside areas of our enclosed property. This includes an outdoor space with a table with chairs for eating, a gas BBQ Grill for cooking. I can provide outdoor dining plates, forks, knives, and cooking utensils for using the Grill. Please Note: I will clean all of the dishes for you. Washing dishes outside or in your room can potentially result in a fine ($$) if there is damage to our plumbing . ***This rental has NO access to a kitchen and there is NO cooking in the room *** The space We are in Pedasi. We are about 950m from the center of Pedasi. Our newly built home has 2 levels. Your room is located on the first level. It is the only room available for ren. Your room is equipped with a queen bed, a private bathroom, and a seating area. You have a television in your room with free access to Netflix movies. The room is not equipped with a kitchen and there is no kitchen access from our upstairs living area. We respectfully request that you do not cook in your room as it leaves it smelling bad for the next guests. There is coffee, tea, and a small fridge where you are welcome to keep snacks and cold beverages. Please note the windows in the room do not have screens on them. Please keep the windows closed to avoid the outdoor critters being uninvited guests. Please always leave the door closed to your suite at all times, to avoid the Jungle critters from sneaking in. Guest access You are renting a room in a home so there are areas that will be shared. However, your room is very private and separated from the area that we live in. The primary shared space is the pool and the pool deck. This area is shared by us. There is no kitchen in your room and no kitchen access . But you do have access to the BBQ outside near the pool. Advise host before your stay if you want to access this. During your stay Andrea and Cafeto live on site and are available to assist you if you need anything. Cafeto is a local of 30 years who if you speak Spanish can give you a lot of information on the area. It is entirely possible that we will be in the pool at the same time. We are available by phone, and in person, once you arrive. Other things to note Important to note we do have a generator, although we rarely have power outages, we can use the generator. Important to know that the generator does not power the air conditioners. Only lights and WiFi. Guest access Welcome to Casa Tranquila, Pedasi! We are renting a private bedroom with its own private bathroom. The room has a private entrance. To enter the property, you will enter through the shared door or sliding car door to the property on the upper level. The stairs from the car door lead you down to the room you will be renting. The room is located on the lower level & 5 steps to the pool. On the entrance upper level, you will find a shared covered deck with chairs and a hammock. This patio is shared to the entrance to our home. Guests have full access to the pool and all outside areas of our enclosed property. You will have access to the BBQ, where I can supply all of the cooking utensils, plates, cups, silverware & other items all available upon request. The BBQ is propane. Please note, I will do all of the dishes for you. Do not clean any food item in the bathroom sink of your suite , in the laundry room or outside from the garden hose or Outdoor Shower. I am happy to clean them for you, compliments on staying with me. If you choose to clean the dishes in the suite you will be liable for any plumbing issue caused from this. Other things to note We offer tours to Isla Iguana.
