You will enjoy privacy. We have another Dome on site, The OG, which is approx. 200 feet away. You'll be provided with a hiking trail map that shows you where you can explore upon check in, so bring good boots or sneakers you may not mind getting dirty. Other things to note Temperatures While we do have a mini split with Heat and AC, the dome is essentially a very fancy tent. Point being, if it is cold outside or hot outside it can get cold / hot in the dome. Wildlife Encounters: Nature's Unforgettable Cast Keep your eyes peeled for our resident wildlife crew! Deer, wild pigs (don't worry, they're more interested in rooting than romancing!), armadillos, and even the occasional bobcat might make an appearance. Just remember, these are wild animals, so admire them from a safe distance and channel your inner David Attenborough. (No hunting allowed, of course!) A Word on Glamping "Roommates" Part of the charm of glamping is getting up close and personal with nature...sometimes a little too close! While our dome is meticulously designed to keep most critters out, the occasional curious spider or adventurous fly might find their way in. Think of them as your personal insect ambassadors. Just keep those shrieks down to a nature documentary whisper, okay? About Furry (or Tiny) Guests We absolutely adore children and pets, and we dream of one day welcoming the whole family to 7 Ranch.
