This room is downstairs, by itself. Very private. Has a queen size bed. Our home is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We do have 1 old dog, barks but super friendly. This room has a kitchenette with a sink, own refridgerator, microwave, coffee area, mini roaster/air fryer. Coffee & fresh fruit are provided, plus RO water. Monthly stays get discounts (each rm has an Ionizer/Ozone unit to sanitize rm) **We are one of the few that do not charge cleaning fee's to keep costs down for guests** The space This is our home shared with Airbnb guests. Upstairs are 3 guest rooms and this room is downstairs in a furnished basement. you do have a private 1/2 bathroom just outside this room. shower is shared down the hall Guest access All airbnb guests are welcomed to use the kitchen and laundry room. We try to make our home feel like home to our guests. During your stay We respect everyones space. We are easily accessed if there is a need. Other things to note We have an old large black lab mix , that stays outside. ( friendly- but likes to bark)his name is Duffus. sometimes we will doggy sit our daughters dog Marley. super sweet , she stay inside. all the dogs stay in designated areas. They are not allowed in rooms.
