The space Casa Vista Ballena is a large, one story 3 bedroom/3 bath contemporary home that has beautiful spaces for you and your family/friends to enjoy! You can relax and enjoy the tranquility around you, take a dip in the private pool, enjoy the 360 degree rooftop deck and covered outdoor spaces, all complete with an amazing panoramic view of the Sea of Cortez, Costa Palmas and the Sierra de la Laguna Mountains. The location is a dream for fisherman and wind sport enthusiasts. Also close proximity to Cabo Pulmo, Costa Palmas, Buena Vista, Los Barriles and more. This is the perfect centrally located home base for Baja Coast explorers! Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Make yourself at home and enjoy! Other things to note This house is in a 24-hour gated community. Heating the pool is not included, but is available for an additional cost. The pool is at a comfortable temperature for most May-November. While vacationing in Mexico, you may experience random power, water and internet outages. We will do our best to notify you if there is a planned outage. Rain generally causes power outages. The house has some flashlights and an LED charged lamp. Water and power should be conserved. Baja is ever changing and there is a chance you may encounter construction. There is no fencing around the pool. Please watch your children when around the pool area.
