BBQ ranches near or off pool. The space The property has nice common areas with pools, gardens and BBQ ranches. The concept is 100% self-service and is a very familiar atmosphere. Ideal for resting for several nights and visiting the nearest beaches (Jaco Beach, Herradura, Hermosa, Manuel Antonio Park, Biesanz Beach). The apartment is cozy with comfortable beds, the main one has a Queen bed, the secondary one can be 2 singles or 1 double and the third bedroom has a bunk bed (downstairs double and upstairs single). Kitchen amenities are basic with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dinnerware for 7 people and basic utensils. There are cloths to use inside the apartment, however, the client must bring personal hygiene items. The pool normally has a very pleasant natural temperature, at night it is illuminated and our visitors really like it. The center of Jaco is a 2-minute drive away and has several restaurant and entertainment options. Uber Eats service can also be received in the apartment. Guest access Our guests can access any common area space without restrictions. The 2nd parking lot is subject to availability and costs $US10 per night. Other things to note It is very important that the guest contact us and know that in order to enter they must send in advance by this means or through our attention number, the full names and ID or passport numbers (if they are foreigners) of the adults, in case children go it is enough with the full name. This is for the purposes of registration and entry. In addition, you must take into consideration: - Wear extra cloths. The apartment has 7 cloths for use inside the apartment. If you are visiting the beach or pool area, you need to bring cloths. Please note that the laundry room remains uninhabited in stays of 3 nights or less (for the exclusive use of the cleaning staff). - Bring personal hygiene arts. The apartment only has toilet paper and liquid soap. - For the kitchen, bring paper towels.
