The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located 2 Bedroom, 3-Bed apartment The space Our two-bedroom apartment is furnished with a queen bed in both bedrooms and has everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Troy or the Capital Region of New York! There is also an air mattress couch that converts into a Queen size mattress. The kitchen is adorned with a toaster, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! Additionally, there is a full dining table with 4 chairs but space for 6 people (additional folding chairs are available in the closet if necessary). There is no washer and dryer inside the building BUT guests receive complimentary access to the private laundry facility of our sister property which is just 4 houses away! This suite is situated on the second floor of a 3-family, early 1900s town house with private courtyard and a carriage house. The apartment includes an ample supply of towels, wash cloths and linens for your stay. There is no parking included with this stay but there is plenty of free street parking all around the building and a parking lot at the end of the block that is free during weekends and evenings. Anything in the apartment is yours to use so please make yourself at home! While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy! There is a TV in the living room and the master bedroom. This is the perfect suite for large groups traveling on a budget who want an authentic downtown Troy experience and enjoy a bit of adventure. Notes: Steps and Tunnels: The airbnb uses an entrance at the front or rear of the building but both access points require steps. The rear entrance requires entrance through a private, secured tunnel, that takes you into the private courtyard, and leads up the rear patio steps that you’ll use to enter the second floor apartment through the rear. The above-ground tunnel is only accessible by the key access of my airbnb guests and the residents of the building. The second floor entrance is not ideal for those with mobility issues. Guest access Enjoy access to all areas of the apartment as well as the rear courtyard and patio area. Other things to note This suite is in a building that shared walls with two other buildings and floors/ceilings with two other apartments. You will hear sounds. Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. Checkout is at 10am but we offer a complimentary extension to 11am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. If you'd like to pay to check out later, the latest we can do is 1pm. Please let us know one day in advance before 5pm if this is something you'd like to arrange! Our core hosting value is to be a good neighbor. We extend this 5-star experience to you, our guests, as well as our property partners. This means we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside of the suite. The number of people inside the suite may not exceed the reserved guest amount at any time. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. If removal is required, it will be done at the guest's expense.
