This spacious 5-bedroom house and 9 cozy studio apartments are ideal for families of tournament players. The space Located just three miles south of the prestigious Cooperstown Dreams Park, Brookside Inn and Suites has just what you'll need to relax between all the activities of the baseball tournament. With five bedrooms in the main house and the availability of nine additional guest suites, there is plenty of space to keep your entire group together while you cheer on your kiddos. *MAIN HOUSE* The five bedroom, two bathroom main house is equipped with a full kitchen, spacious living areas, large dining room, and TVs throughout. For entertainment, there is a foosball table, fire pit, smart TVs and wifi throughout the house. *GUEST SUITES* There are nine total guest suites, each with their own private, keyless entry and ensuite. Each is equipped with a TV, AC unit, microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. For booking during the Dreams Park season, the advertised price includes the main house and all guest suites. We give priority to the groups that are booking the entire property. If you don't need all the guest suites, please inquire about availability and pricing. Once a reservation is made, you'll be asked to confirm the number of suites you'd like to add to your booking. Parties booking the main house have first priority on the suites and any unbooked suites will be offered to other families traveling to the area. Each door has its own unique code that will be provided with the check-in instructions. Other things to note Due to the nature of the Dreams Park Schedule, for guests booking during the season, we must keep check-in/out dates in alignment with the tournament schedule and will not be able to offer early check-in or late check-out in order to prepare the property for the next guests.
