The space This is an open sun drenched high ceiling loft like house all on one floor. It has a huge porch in the front and a deck in the back with grill and seats. A large open living dining room area ajoins the kitchen and countertop / island. One has to walk through a bedroom to get to the bathroom. The two bedrooms have french doors that divide them (they have blackout curtains attached). We have a pack'n play and outlet covers for kids. The sofa is very deep and with a sheet could be slept on by a teen or child. The garden is not yet renovated and features a concrete pad and open up to a quiet alleyway. There is on street parking that is always available. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with retirees primarily and young families. Bedrooms are divided by French doors that have privacy curtains. The stereo system also has bluetooth. We have installed an outdoor security system with cameras to monitor the side yard and front deck for your safety. Please note that this is not a new construction home and is an older home . This means that it has original beautiful wood floors and the electrical outlets are primarily in the floor. The home has been newly painted with new electrical a new gas, stove, new water heater, new , new fridge and new dishwasher. We are working on remodeling the basement and other areas of the home, such as the kitchen further. However, it will not be the same as a new Construction home ;) We are dog lovers and welcome all dogs however you need to make sure that your dog is well groomed and does not shed excessive amounts of hair . If it does, please vacuum it up or we will be charging a dog cleaning fee for unreasonable amounts of hair. We recommend bringing your dog’s bed along and not allowing them on the beds! This seems to be common sense to me, but not to everyone. We do a three hour complete clean between visits and take cleanliness very seriously by sending an inspector before each visit to make sure the clean was done professionally. Guest access Guests can use the whole space including laundry but jot the basement Other things to note The listing states there are six beds, but there are not - there are two beds (one queen one full). The sofa is not a sofa bed, but it is extremely large, deep and comfortable. it can be used with a sheet and bedding provided upon request. We have a big stereo system that connects to bluetooth and has LP's to play. There are french doors with privacy curtains dividing both bedrooms. Just move the loop aside to let curtains fall.
