Less than a mile away in the town of Dagsboro is a community park, coffee/ice cream parlor and toy shop, sit down restaurant, and even a movie theater! A breezy foyer with fountains greets our guests and directly walks into a living room with a 65-inch smart TV. Watch the family’s favorite movie or big game with surround sound and plenty of seating. Don’t miss using this living room’s color changing electric fireplace to take the chill out of cool evenings! Adjoining this living room is a dining room with a large table and plush chairs. No fretting, an additional table is also available in the well-appointed kitchen. Our guests may enjoy a loaded kitchen which provides plenty of place settings, a retro double oven, an induction stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and other necessary small appliances. Please note that part of the charm to keep the mid-century modern feel of this home is using the retro double oven and dishwasher which work well with retro buttons to start. There is even a telecom radio that works throughout the home. Two roomy additional sitting areas entertain guests as well! One formal sitting area has a game cabinet complete with multiple card and board games, including puzzles the whole family can enjoy. Forgot a good read? No worries; we will provide choices. The bright airy sunroom allows for a quiet retreat or conversation. The resort-like pool oasis is the crown-jewel of this property! Enter and wade in the 3 ft shallow end or swim in the 8 ft deep end. We provide multiple covered patios, lounge chairs, umbrellas and seating areas which allow all to gather on sunny days. Your favorite music will envelop the guests who connect to Bluetooth HiFi outdoor speakers. Love to grill? Great! We provide a charcoal grill by the detached pool house. Our pool house provides an additional bathroom and shower. Entertainment options abound with TVs in each bedroom as well as each sitting area. Smart TVs are ready to connect to your streaming services and high-speed Wi-Fi is included. Central air conditioning keeps you cool indoors and radiant heated tile floors add to your comfort.
