Basic room with desk, chair and orthopedic memory foam bed. Ample closet room in a peaceful, pleasent stylish apartment. Shared bathroom has hot water and is modern with raindrop shower. Get work done in private or get to know the neighborhood in this great centrally located place of Caracas; you have plenty of options for eating out, bars and events. Other things to note •A disclaimer will take into effect inmediately for a lost keyset. A fee of 35$ will be charged in cash for the replacements. No excuses no execptions, contract binding. •Power outages are ubiquitous in the city of Caracas and Venezuela in general. Guests previously should be aware of these occurences and may find themselves unexpectedly experiencing a power outage firsthand. Typically I'll receive 1 or 2 days a month with a power outage usually lasting 4 hours on a good day and 24 hours on a bad day. If Guests should experience a power outage, hopefully it won't be too long a wait. I have a battery backup to charge phones or to use a PC for an emergency. It's really a great opportunity to get out on foot and see some great places that are in the area. •I run a business from my home office, you may encounter employees, clients, other guests or myself working at any given moment. •I am a cat owner; he's not much of a problem but just in case you have any allergies or don't like felines I will ask you if it's ok if he can stay. If no, then I have a place far away where he can stay for such an occasion. Cat hair and odor are not a problem and not noticeable, I like to keep the place clean and tidy. •Smokers are welcomed but only limited to do so within the balcony. •Water shortages are not an issue in my apartment. The only time the water was cut off in the last 12 months was due to maintenance.
