You can get lessons for you or your children. You will have the main floor and upstairs (approximately 1500 square foot) to yourself with views of forest and mountains. The space The main floor has a living room, dining area, Bedroom #2, kitchen, and a bathroom. The living room has a pull out sofa, chairs and TV. The dining area has seating for 6. Galley kitchen has stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishes, pots and pans, microwave, dishwasher, Kurig Machine and general utensils. Upstairs has a full en-suite bathroom with shower and tub, large bedroom with mountain views and queen bed. There is ample room for a crib or small workspace. A twin air-mattress is provided with linens. Fear not if you are allergic to animal dander! We keep the space pet-free at all times, we are not aware of any animals in the house since it was built. No pets please! Small porch with seating, hammock, and table. At least one bike, some outdoor and indoor games available. Guest access Arrive by car (in winter, plan on snow tires and/or 4WD). Electronic combination lock passcode provided just before check-in. Other things to note The basement has a small apartment with it's own entrance where a quiet relative lives and is occasionally cared for by nearby relative. We ask that guests not go around the corner to the rear of the building to this entrance area. Horse boarding and lessons are provided by a relative next door. Internet service is provided by 100mbit Fiber and WiFi. There is no cellular service from any provider at the house, however 1-2 miles away down the road you may be able to pick up ATT, Verizon, and TMobile. WiFi calling may work for you. There is a landline phone that can be used. WINTER 2023-2024: When the ground is well frozen, there may be forestry work (logging) activity on neighboring properties causing some early morning noise mostly on weekdays.
