This is a rustic suburban town. Lots of fun outdoor activities and local restaurants less than a mile away. Located near buses and trains, Mercy College, an aqueduct trail for biking or taking a stroll on a nice day. Quiet private property and very peaceful. 40 minutes away from NYC via the Metro North train system. I can pick you up if you need. The space Spacious room, with a clean private bathroom lined with red granite tiles. Furnished with one queen size bed and one full size bed (as a bunkbed), 2 big closets and a dresser, cable TV, mini-fridge, large work desk and chair, wooden floors, and two big windows. Guest access Big back yard with chair to telax in the sun. Pack and play is available upon request. Private refrigerator in the room. Kitchen is available for preparation of your food but guests must provide their own dishes and utensils. If an item is needed here or there I don't mind providing it. During your stay Friendly and open atmosphere. This is a safe space for people of any color, creed, sex, orientation, or designation. I am usually home and available for my guests, if anything is needed. I am sociable and available for any additional help through the house landline. Other things to note Kids under 5 years old will pay only 50% of the guest price. There are two dogs and two cats that reside on my side of the house. The house is kept clean and guests are expected to make sure the space is well kept. I prefer guests who are honest and are interested in a long term rental.
