Villa Acqua is a Mediterranean style house in a small residential condominium just 3 km from the bridge on the way to Monterrico. It has a private beach 300 meters away where you can enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets of Iztapa. Villa Acqua has a unique design where each space was designed to make you feel at home. The space Villa Acqua is a 2-level Mediterranean style house with unique style, has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, ideal for up to 12 guests and is located in a small condominium with access to private beach just 300 meters away. Upon entering Villa Acqua you find a very pleasant social area with open kitchen combined with a large living room, connecting with the outdoor dining room and the pool area, ideal for meetings. The kitchen has quartz top with cabinets, a breakfast for 4 people, iron stove, "farmhouse" style washbasins and air conditioning. The room has very comfortable armchairs for you to relax, French doors opening into the pool, ceiling fan and air conditioning. The dining room integrates with the kitchen by means of pocket doors and connects to the garden, deck with outside room and a beautiful freshwater pool with turquoise mosaic and integrated waterfall. In the garden you can relax in our hammock and have a good barbecue in the churrasquera. Villa Acqua has 2 bedrooms in the main house for 6 guests and an outdoor guest bedroom for 6 more guests, totaling up to 12 people. (Depending on the number of guests, a code for the main house will be provided for up to 6 people and another additional code for the guest bedroom in case of being more people) The master bedroom has a King bed and a private bathroom. The secondary bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen bed and a double or double bed. The visiting bedroom has bunk beds with 2 double or double beds and 2 imperial beds. We have paranoo para 2 vehicles in front of the property and there is additional parking in a plot of its own. Villa Acqua is in a private area, away from the hustle and bustle, in a quiet environment for you to spend a few relaxing days. Each room has air conditioning and fans for your comfort. We visited, we are sure that Villa Acqua will love you. Note: The 99% roofs of the houses in the beach area are made of palm leaf because due to the weather, it helps to make the environments cooler. Due to the location, this may attract bats that like to take refuge in these ceilings. It is not very common as they usually take refuge in uninhabited houses, but one of these animals is likely to be found. It should be remembered that humans have invaded the habitat of many animals so it is likely to see them, especially at night. These animals are harmless as they only eat insects but if you have a problem with them, we recommend renting a house with another type of roof.
