This accommodation is rented only to family groups. The apartment is located in a neighborhood of great tranquility and security (the heart of Punta Mogotes), just 2 blocks from the neighborhood shopping center and 4 blocks from the beach. It is part of a PH of modern architecture, with a comfortable layout, very bright, great privacy and garage. This apartment does not have a terrace or grill. My place is good for couples, families, and big groups. The space The apartment opens in the summer of 2018, as part of a project of young architects (who act as co-hosts), so the construction of this apartment complex meant the staging of their longings in the profession. We are interested that the people who inhabit this place feel comfortable, understanding that they will live (at least a few days) with the same virtues that they could have in their home. Guest access The apartment has a fully equipped dining room with kitchen, tableware, sink and fridge with freezer. Guests are provided with bed linen (sheets, blankets and quilts) and a set of towels and towel per person. Note that the seaman's bed in the living room has another bed that comes out below, which is suitable for a person of small build.
