Since we are located so close to the beach, bugs of every kind want to find their way into the house. We exterminate the house monthly for bugs, but as you know in Mexico houses are not sealed so they will still find a way in. Please do your best to keep the kitchen clean to avoid ants, and doors shut to avoid other creatures such as water bugs, scorpions, spiders. We will not offer compensation or refunds due to bugs.
