The space The home is two stories with a private residence in the basement where the property manager lives. You will have access to everything pictured in the listing (the full main floor, 1600 sq ft plus deck) and each space has its own separate entrance so there are no shared spaces. Guest access Our guests will have access to the main house which is the entire top floor, including the large deck overlooking the green space behind the property. There is a private (manager's)apartment in the daylight basement of the house which guests will not have access to.
