Just few step away you'll find the famous Hospital Galeni (Fertility Center Cancun), the "Superama" by Walmart supermarket, many malls, restaurants and cafeterias. The condo has its own pool, sundeck, barbecue, gym and a large underground parking. The space The apartment comes with a fully equipped laundry room (washing machine and dryer), a large open space with kitchen (microwave, electric grill, coffee machine, fridge and all you need to cook). Dining table and sofa. Main bedroom with walk-in closet and a king size bed (200 cm x 180 cm). Second bedroom has two double beds (130 cm x 180 cm). And the apartment has two bathrooms and sofa bed in the living room size of a double bed (130 cm x 180 cm). Balcony to enjoy the sunrise or the breeze of the evening. If you rent a car or you come with your own car the apartment has its own parking lot in the underground parking. Please do not forget to enjoy the swimming pool or the gym! There is currently a construction site next door, so there may be noise during the day. Prices and cancellation policies already take this factor into account.
