Welcome to our exquisite geodome nestled in the heart of nature! Experience a stay like no other in this architecturally stunning geodesic dome, one of the only ones in the entire state. Escape the hustle and bustle of life and immerse yourself in a unique glamping experience where modern luxury meets the great outdoors. This 4 acre property is close to a variety of outdoor attractions including the Kennerdell Overlook, Sandy Creek Bike Trail, scenic Freedom Falls as well as Sandy Creek. The space As you step into our geodome, you'll be greeted by a stunning blend of contemporary design and natural beauty. The spacious interior boasts stylish furnishings, comfortable bedding, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Large windows offer nice views of the surrounding landscape, allowing you to feel truly one with nature. The hardwood walnut floors and other wood features provide the interior with a lavish feel. The king bed sits upon the feature wall, facing the panoramic window so you can get the best view of the outdoors from the comfort of your bed. The queen sized bed is located in the loft area. After a day of exploring the nearby hiking trails or simply unwinding in the peaceful surroundings, you can relax in the sauna, enjoy birdwatching from the deck or enjoy the firepit area. Our functional kitchenette is equipped with a toaster oven, hot plate, and microwave. A small fridge and freezer allow you to bring essential food items for your stay. Outside on the patio feel free to use the propane grill as well. This geodome is complete with an air conditioning heating and cooling system so you can stay comfortable whether is the summer or winter months. There are Wifi capabilities to watch your favorite shows however do not plan on doing any major downloading or using multiple devices at once. A few miles down the road from this cabin you will find direct access to the Sandy Creek bike trail, which connects you to 42 miles of paved trails, giving bike access to the cities of Franklin, Oil City, Emlenton, and Foxburg, along with countless river views and two railroad tunnels! Also just down the road is the Kennerdell Scenic overlook, Freedom Falls and the historic Rockland iron furnace. The cabin is located just miles from access points to state game lands No. 45, over 5,000 acres of public hunting land. Approx. 12 minutes away is the Cranberry shopping area that includes a Walmart, various stores as well as numerous restaurants. Guest access During your stay you will have access to the entire Geodome and backyard area. You will be the only ones staying on the 4 acre property. The neighbor's house and yard next door is separate from our property and guests are not permitted on their property. Other things to note - 4 guests maximum. - Children are not allowed in the loft area. Please see pictures to take note of the steep steps required to use the loft area. - No smoking in the dome or on the deck area. Smoking is permitted by the gravel fire pit area. - This property is located on 4 acres in a rural area with other houses nearby. The trees provide a sense of privacy but keep in mind you are able to see other yards/ houses in the surrounding areas. - The sauna must be used responsibly and following the provided for rules. A waiver will be signed prior to use of the sauna.
