Master bedroom is an ensuite and there is a shared full bathroom down the hall. 1 king, 2 queen and a double bed respectively. The 3 larger bedrooms have ceiling fans and the loft style double room has a standing fan. The house is not air conditioned as it is East facing with an almost constant pleasant breeze (there are still days). There is a small washroom downstairs with a toilet and sink only. The house opens onto a large open plan living space, including a pool table, dining area and TV lounge. The kitchen is fully fitted with a fridge/freezer, oven/stove, kettle, toaster and utensils. There is a laundry room upstairs with a washing machine and drying rack.
