A beautiful Country Style Villa, spacious, illuminated, ventilated, ready to rest with family or friends, a beautiful garden and vegetation. The space The VILLA HAS TWO LEVELS: THE FIRST FLOOR INCLUDES: a beautiful living room, dinning room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with a hand-wash area outside the bathroom. The living room has big windows giving a beautiful view to the garden, kitchen is modern, made of cypress wood and fully equipped, including hot water on the sink. THE SECOND FLOOR INCLUDES: a warm big master bedroom with a King Size bed. This room has a private bathroom and a nice terrace to enjoy the sun, perfect space to enjoy privacy. However, an intercom between this room and the others is set, to check or ask for everything. Outside of the Villa, a country style pergola will allow you to read, or just spend time. THE VILLA HAS FREE WIFI CONNECTION. IMPORTANT: ALL THE AREAS AND ROOMS OF THE VILLA ARE BEING 100% SANITIZED IN EVERY STAY FOR COMPLETE SECURITY OF OUR GUESTS AND STAFF. PETS: SMALL pets are accepted under the following condition: US $25.00, or Q200.00 (GQT) per pet for each night of staying will be charged. MAXIMUM 1 PET. NO LARGE OR MEDIUM PETS ARE ACCEPTED. YOU MUST SEND A PHOTO OF YOUR PET BEFORE ARRIVAL TO CONFIRM THEIR ACCEPTANCE BY THE HOST. WHEN YOUR PET IS ACCEPTED, THE FEE FOR YOUR PET WILL BE PAID IN CASH AT THE RECEPTION AT THE TIME OF CHECKING IN, AND A RESPONSIBILITY SHEET WILL BE SIGNED. CHECK IN: THE "NORMAL" CHECK IN IS FROM 3:00 PM TO 9:00 PM. The "SPECIAL" CHECK IN IS FROM 9:00 PM TO 12:00 AM (AN ADDITIONAL COST OF $25 DOLLARS MUST BE PAID FOR SPECIAL CHECK-IN AFTER 9:00 PM). Guest access We have KAYAKS which you can request at your arrival to our staff. The public beach is in front of the property and the lake is 20 meters away. The town of Panajachel is 10 minutes away (by car or tuc tuc) with restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, typical and local crafts or stores. You can also take a private boat in front of the Villa to ride around the lake and visit picturesque villages in the area. Upon your arrival, we can make recommendations of places to visit around the lake. You will have access to all the comforts of home and we will automatically reserve a space in our parking lot for your car. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTE: WE CHARGE PER NUMBER OF GUESTS; PLEASE SUBMIT THE RIGHT NUMBER WHEN MAKING YOUR RESERVATION. NOTE: CHILDREN 2 YEARS OLD AND UP PAY AS ADULTS. VILLAS "JUCANYA" are located in front of Lake Atitlan and the public beach with a path in between. Some weekends, music is heard on the nearby public beach that may surprise our guests. NOTE: DUE TO THE DEEP SANITIZATION AND DISINFECTION OF EACH ROOM OF THE HOUSE, THESE WILL BE OPEN FOR USE ACCORDING TO THE NUMBER OF GUESTS ENTERING OR RESERVING. WE HAVE A CIRCUIT OF SECURITY AND SURVEILLANCE CAMARAS IN ALL COMMON AREAS OF THE PROPERTY (PARKING, GARDENS).
