The home is adjacent to beautiful Skyview lake with large park, play-ground area, fishing, kayaking, frisbee golf, 2 1/2 miles of hiking/biking around the lake, and more. Home is less than 2 miles from vibrant Downtown Norfolk or Sunset Plaza mall, with name brand stores. Downtown Norfolk boasts small, independent businesses, where you can enjoy coffee, shopping, eating, bar hopping, art sculptures, and more. The space Bedrooms are on a garden level with laundry across the hall. A lower level basement is used as a play room that has 2 couches, a Bowflex workout bench that you are welcome to use. The south side of the house has a large patio with chairs , grill and fire pit and is a perfect place to sit and relax, or listen to the music from the summer “Music in the Park” events or high school cross country track meets that run right by. Skyview park had multiple special events. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the bedrooms and bathroom associated with the airbnb and share the kitchen, dining room, basement, laundry, and loft.
