Be close to everything in town while not actually feeling like you're in town. Horses and chickens on the property. Historic Homestead dating back to late 1800's. Side Note-In addition to the queen bed we do have a futon that could fit a child/young adult. The space This cabin was built in the 1950's and was recently renovated. It is about 400 sq ft and very cozy. The property is part of one of the original Pinedale ranches and has a ton of history connected with it! There is lots of space and access to Pine Creek through the woods at the rear of the cabin. Please refer to the AirBNB Binder for more detailed history and property description. Guest access The cabin has an attached rock patio as well as a picnic table that are for the rental exclusively. There is also a forested area behind the cabin that goes all the way to Pine Creek that you are welcome to walk through. This area is shared with other guests, so we ask you to be courteous while exploring. please stay on our property, neighbors property to the north is marked with no trespassing signs and to south by a buck and rail fence. Also be cautious of wildlife (especially moose!) We ask you not to enter the barn, chicken coop or other outbuildings and please do not go into the horse pasture as they are not our horses. Please respect the privacy of other guests. This is a fully operational hobby farm, and we ask that when coming and going you keep an eye out for kids, chickens, dogs, wildlife and livestock
