There is everything you need for your stay: ironing board, iron, dryer, air conditioning, water boiler. Elevator in the building. For convenience, 2 supermarkets ,shops near the house, pharmacy, cafes, entertainment center Tuto Krato, sports complex Kazakhstan and much more are within a walking distance. The space At the entrance to the apartment there is a spacious entrance hall. The apartment has 3 separate bedrooms . In 1 bedroom there is a double bed, bedside cabinets and a wardrobe. In the other two rooms there are one-and-a-half beds,a desk ,a wardrobe for things. In the spacious hall there is a large comfortable sofa ( 4 meters) fully convertible . TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and tableware. A large dinner table. The bathroom is shared with the bathroomunit. There is a boiler in case of absence of hot water.
