Beachfront Tide Pool Paradise in El Transito
Our recently constructed beach lodge is located a short walk from the village of El Transito on the most private, beautiful beach in the area. The beach is extremely quiet! There are untouched, secluded tide pools right in front of the property that are great for swimming with little ones, families, or friends. If you want seclusion, peace and quiet, but still want the comforts of being able to walk to restaurants, air conditioning, wifi, and private beaches, this is the place for you. The space Amazing Nicaraguan style breakfasts of fresh squeezed juice, eggs, fruit, gallo pinto and coffee are included each morning prepared by our amazing chef, Fran. Guests are free to use the kitchen for lunches and dinners. Guests can use the refrigerator, stove. Purified drinking water is provided. The downstairs bedrooms have 3 bunk beds in them each and the 4 upstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed. 2 of the bedrooms upstairs are oceanview and the upstairs has 2 bathrooms while the downtairs has 4 bathrooms. All mattresses are brand new and well taken care of. Custom lunches and dinners can also be provided at extra cost. Caretaker and chef live on the property but only enter the house to clean, cook, or conduct maintenance. The property is located a 30 minute walk from the central pueblo. We can arrange transportation in our pick-up truck which can get you to the property in 10 minutes. The nearest restaurant is a 15 minute walk down the beach. If you are a looking for nightlife, you will have to walk a bit, but if you are looking for seclusion, serenity, and a place to unwind, this is the place for you. The house has everything you need so that if you do not want to leave, you won't have to. The property is over an acre of beachfront that is situated on a hill overlooking the Pacific that provides amazing sunsets from the open-air sunset deck that comfortably seats 12-15 people. The beach at the bottom of the property is private and has hammocks. Grab a rocking chair or hammock and lounge on one of the two ocean-front patios as you watch the sun dip into the Pacific. There isn't a place like this in El Transito. Other things to note Being on a secluded, low-key beach means honoring that and we try to be respectful neighbors to the rest of the beach by not playing loud music after 10pm and keeping noise to a minimum.
