Enjoy our free snowshoes, sleds & 2 off-street parking spaces. At times this fall there may be construction on the house west on weekdays/ business hours. The space THE CABIN: At times this fall and until the snow flies, there may be construction on the house directly to the west on weekdays during business hours. The west side patio with the tall table and large patio umbrella is separated by a 6-foot fence and is still available for your enjoyment. Additionally, the east side of the house and the front yard with the amazing unobstructed views of MT Crested Butte has also been set up for outdoor afternoon lounging. Luxurious bath sheets are provided for wrapping up after a soothing soak in the tub. The living room includes a foldout couch and a cozy leather reclining lounger. Evenings can be spent playing board games around the dining or coffee table after preparing a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Guests have remarked that the unit is so comfortable, that it’s hard to leave after a day of biking, hiking, or skiing. Despite various forms of heat and fluffy comforters to keep you warm, the woodstove and fire pit are not available for use due to changing insurance regulations and concerns about wildfires. THE PROPERTY: Located just steps away from Town Park, Clark's Market, and Majestic Theater, the Cabin offers easy access to the Free Shuttle Mt Crested Butte Ski Resort. It is within walking distance of fantastic restaurants and bars but far enough to remain quiet at night. With 2 off-street parking spaces, you can also leave your car(s)parked for your entire stay. Free 'Townies' bikes are available for guests to ride uptown during the main summer months and In Winter- Free snowshoes and snow sleds are also available. PETS: Please state the breed, age, and weight of your pet in your inquiry for an accurate quote, as it is based on these factors. The Airbnb pet fee is quoted per dog per stay when included in the inquiry. While kenneling is preferred, it is not required- Excessive barking, scratching, or allowing pets on furniture is prohibited, and guests may be asked to retrieve their animal. The backyard belongs to the upstairs unit and is not available to guests or their pets. NUMBER OF GUESTS: The foldout couch can comfortably accommodate two children or smaller adults and will be stocked with sheets, blankets, and towels when included in the reservation. Please inform us if there are only two guests but the additional sleeping space is needed. PATIOS & YARD: Due to the extreme winter climate, porch furniture and side yard spaces under the slide areas are not available from when the snow starts until the snow melts! Different dates every year! Portable items will be provided for guests to enjoy the views during transitional periods.  Guest access The entire front yard and east-facing front porch with a great view of Mt Crested Butte and also in the summer, your own west-facing sunny private flagstone patio with dining furniture and Adirondack chairs. The backyard is not available to Guests. Other things to note Snow gear and shoes are not allowed inside the Cabin, but skis and boards can be stored in the attached and secure mudroom. We provide a large SMART TV with preloaded Apps so that you may use your Amazon, HULU, Netflix Apps on our wireless internet. We have worked hard to make the Cabin cute and available at a great price, so we would appreciate it being left in the same order and furniture arrangement as when you found it. You will be sent check-out instructions upon departure that we hope you will follow. We charge less than the cost for cleaning fees to turn the property, so excessive cleaning from dirty dishes, trash about the unit, or labor to rearrange furniture will be charged to the deposit.
