You'll love spending time on the private covered deck, whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or soaking in the hot tub while taking in the stunning mountain views. The outdoor space also includes a fire pit and a propane grill, making it ideal for outdoor dining and evening relaxation. Inside, you'll find multiple living spaces with Smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows or movies. The pool table provides a fun way to spend time together. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, including all five bedrooms, the 4.5 bathrooms, and multiple living spaces. Feel free to make yourself at home in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy meals at the dining table or on the private covered deck. The hot tub, fire pit, and propane grill are available for your use. You'll also have access to the washer and dryer. Parking is available on the driveway for up to four vehicles, and trailer parking is allowed on-site. Other things to note Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. We also ask that you respect our no parties or large gatherings policy. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. For your safety, there is a smart doorbell with an exterior camera facing the driveway and main entrance. It does not look into any interior spaces and only records video when motion is detected or the doorbell is pressed. The property has step-free entry, but stairs are required to access the additional living areas. There is a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor for added convenience. We provide complimentary toiletries, linens, and towels, as well as a washer and dryer for your use. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM.
