MAINTAIN PUBLIC/PRIVATE HYGIENE: + Do not litter. + Do not leave clothes or shoes outside your room/apartment (except in laundry baskets for service). + Please leave used towels on the bathroom counter. Do not use towels as mats or throw them on the floor. *Any stubborn stains (that cannot be washed) on bed sheets, blankets, towels, or sofas... will require an additional fee to purchase new ones. *We cannot reuse towels thrown on the floor (for any reason) for the next customer, so customers who damage towels will have to pay for new ones. 2. NO SMOKING/NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: + For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment/building. *An extra charge will be applied if our cleaner detects the smell of smoke, as an ozone treatment will be required to eliminate it. + The possession, use, or distribution of illegal substances, including drugs or any controlled substances, is strictly prohibited on the property. *An extra charge will be applied. As the guest will be reported to Airbnb, and Government staffs; also be deported immediately and banned from the property permanently. 3. NO PARTY/GATHERING: To uphold the tranquility of the property and out of respect for our neighbors, unauthorized parties or gatherings are not permitted. *Any such activity will result in a penalty, and your reservation will be canceled without a refund. 5. QUIET HOURS: Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. In the event of excessive noise, you will receive one warning. *Subsequent violations will result in a fine and/or eviction without a refund. 6. UNDISCLOSED PERSON: Friends and Family members (who are not on the accommodation list when booking) are welcome to drop by, BUT NO staying overnight. *A charge of half of a one-night price per person per night will be incurred for any undisclosed guests not included in the reservation count. 7. UNDISCLOSED PETS: Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in your reservation. *Any undisclosed pets will result in a charge. This charge will be paid separately for any damage in the apartment caused by the pets. 8. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT: Our check-in time is AFTER 2 PM and check-out time is BEFORE 11:30 AM. Please follow the check-in/out time. *Early check-in and Late check-out must be informed to us at least 1 hour in advance and we will charge an excess fee based on your required time. *Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out will result in a fee of a one-night price per hour. 9. DAMAGE COMPENSATION: To ensure the integrity of the property in the apartment and building, we will apply a compensation policy depending on the level of damage assessed by moderation by qualified staff. Customers will have to pay the entire cost of repairing/or purchasing new products. 10. SHORT-TERM AND LONG-TERM STAY NOTICES: - For long-term stays (from above > 28 days), a 20% discount fee will apply. Therefore, the price WILL NOT include electricity and water. - For the duration of stay (from above > 7 days and below < 28 days), a 5% discount fee will be applied and the price will include electricity and water. *Room cleaning service will be performed every two days during your stay. + We will notify you of the cleaning schedule a day before. If there are any requests/changes, please let us know to make arrangements. + Please inform us if you request daily towel changes. *Laundry service: + Once a week (100.000VND/7kg/basket/time) and will be returned within 48 hours, please notify us at least 1 day in advance to arrange. + Ironing fee will apply (if any).
