Cleaning is provided twice a week for longer stays, and after every 2 days for a short term stay. We have a mini-mart, restaurants & a liquor store in the compound with door delivery free of charge.We also have a pool you can enjoy at a small fee. 24/7 security and elevators. The space The apartment is located in a clean, safe and spacious compound. The compound is ideal for a work out and if you're in need for a gym there is one available. On the premise you will find a mini-mart, a few restaurants and fast food shops, a liquor store with all providing door delivery with zero charges, and a pool you can enjoy at a small fee. The building has 24/7 security and elevators for your safety and easy access. The key is provided through a coded lockbox,combination will be given on arrival. Guest access Our guests can use the entire compound including the commercial center that has the minimart, restaurants and fast foods, the liquor store and a spa. The pool area and the terrace, the parking areas and the gym. During your stay You can always send me a message anytime if you need any help and I will respond as soon as possible. Other things to note Kindly not that you will charged extra small fee to use the gym and the pool. Also we advise our guests to carry their Identification card or passport. You’ll be asked at the entrance for security purposes.
