The bedroom include a king size bed and a sitting area. Next the king size bedroom is the den with the twin trundle beds. This setup is perfect for a young family with their children. Children have plenty of space to move around. There a hall way to the kitchen and the bathroom. While there are not step up to access the ground apartment, there is one only one step up to the kitchen. To access the hallway to the bathroom, there is another step up. There are two flat screen TVs in the apartment allowing the kids to watch their favorite program in the kitchen while parents watch their favorite sport games from the bedroom. Both TVs are smart and allow you to browse to your favorite subscriptions. Guest access The studio is situated in a quiet residential area on the Golf course. It has views of the golf course's lake and Pagosa mountainous ridges. Numerous hiking trails and horseback riding are around the house. Williams Lake and Piedra Falls are within one hour. Wolf Creek Ski slopes and resort are about 35 minutes from the residence. Grocery stores and breweries are within 5 minutes. The famous natural hot springs are within 7 minutes from the apartment. Other things to note The access codes to the digital pad will be provided upon arrival/communication of your check-in. We live with a sweet-natured and highly socialized female German Shepherd and a bossy and cute chihuahua female who keeps us company. The GSD is always happy to meet and greet. She likes making new friends - humans and furry friends alike - and will want to meet and play and fetch balls and wood sticks.
