This is a whole house with 2 bedrooms and 1 half bedrooms where 1/2 bedroom is a room you’ll have to walk through to get to the bathroom also has stairs down to the kitchen, living room, dining room, kitchen and one full bathroom located on a picturesque St across from a Creek, very quiet nights, in the semi rural town of Macungie The space Old twin Victorian built in 1883, with original architectural details, pocket doors dividing dining room from living room with a ceiling mounted fan, original window shutters, charming and spacious three story home, set in semi-rural Please note stairs are steep as this is an old Victorian home in Macungie 5 minutes drive to restaurants supermarkets and stores We only use the first two floors for now. Two and half bedrooms on the second floor and one full bathroom in the half bedroom. Two bedrooms with queen size beds and window AC units, (no central air just window AC), third half bedroom with twin bed. Original wood floor, bathroom and kitchen floors are black slate cleft rustic finish purposely picked inline with the house age, but amazingly great looking!. Please make sure you park in my house as the space across the street does not belong to me and you might get towed away but there is plenty of street parking around the block. For winter season snow shovels and salt provided (will be in the porch). I'm still working on improving the place even more once finished will be amazing ! Guest access Hiking, scenic views and local farms, ski "Bear Creek Mountain" 20 minutes away Other things to note New boiler in the basement and propane tanks outside can not be touch or reset under any circumstances any problems with the heat must be reported asap you can control the temperature from the thermostat in the dining room only. Parking space is in front of the house it will fit two small cars, the parking across the street belongs to my neighbor I can not use it
