It is a newly remodeled 5200 square feet house with ample windows to enjoy the view. 17miles- airport, 20miles Downtown KC/ P&L District, 22miles-Chiefs /Royals Stadium, minutes to Smithville Lake. The space OUR EXTENDED STAY ROOMS (up to 10 guests) The main level of the house features a master suite with an en-suite bathroom, guests bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a guest bathroom, and a laundry room. The lower level has two bedrooms, a full bath, and a large recreation room with walkout access to a large patio. With a fully equipped kitchen, living room, a 3-car garage, and a paved driveway for plenty of parking. THE "GATHERING ROOM" (up to 50 guests) Our Gathering Room is a little extra space adjacent to the main level of the house as our event space. This space is surrounded by huge plates of glass windows with sweeping views of the trees and meadows. The room is large enough for a dance floor, band, DJ, 6 tables of 8, a buffet table and plenty of room for guests to move around. The backyard is your oasis, an intimate and beautiful setting! The entire patio is available for a reception or ceremony or enjoy star gazing and grilling delicious meals. Guest access You and your family, friends and other special guests will have the entire property to yourselves as you come together in this quaint and serene atmosphere.
