You'll also be able to enjoy Waldens communities additional features which you will discover as you explore this wonderful community. Other things to note Parking is limited in this community; you will receive a parking pass to display on your dashboard so you can park in one of the spaces near the unit. There is additional parking that does not require a pass--these are the blue spaces, These are aso a very short walk to the unit. ( Remember to return the parking pass before you leave or face a fine of $125.00.) The condo accommodates only those who have pre-registered as guests, Children, including infants, count towards guests limits. We have a no-pet policy. Gatherings or parties are also not allowed. Violation of these house rules could lead to removal from premises without refund or reimbursement.
