You will enjoy a peaceful gated neighborhood on a quiet street yet near university, hospitals, shopping and restaurants. Designed as a vacation home for a couple from the U.S., guests will find the needed amenities to feel at home (air-conditioning units and ceiling fans in all four bedrooms, please note that the air-conditioners in the living and dining rooms are deactivated to keep the rate low but two stand fans are available, modern bathrooms with plenty of hot water, fast wi-fi, comfortable furniture). The open concept kitchen/ dining/ living area provides plenty of room for entertaining. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances (including oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker along with plenty of pans, plates and utensils). The living room includes recliners and cable TV. One bedroom is downstairs, and three are upstairs along with an upper level living area that provides a quiet nook for conversation or to watch TV via streaming. Patios and balconies on the front and back provide extra room to relax. Guest access The Master Bedroom's Walk-in Closet is locked for Owner's Personal Stuff. Other things to note Clubhouse Pool is available for guests with a P200 fee per adult and P100 for kids. It’s a walking distance from the property. Map is in the house manual. There is no WiFi signal in the bedroom on the 1st floor when the door is close. We are working on getting another mesh connected.
