In addition to having a brand-new kitchen, the appliances are all new with a double-oven, large capacity refrigerator, dishwasher, combo toaster oven/air fryer, microwave. A LOT of cooking and baking happens in this house, so you'll have access to high quality cookware if you desire to use! Or for a quick pizza we have a Pizzazz Plus rotating oven. Keurig with coffee pods, electric tea kettle and a blender. Reverse Osmosis 3-filter drinking water system for refrigerator/freezer water/ice. Extra paper towels provided. My goal is for guests to have a cozy and peaceful stay, so I have tried to provide all the creature-comforts: Snacks and drinks for your arrival, so you have a little something until you get to the store :) Extra bed pillows and blankets so you may pick one you like! Water softener for showering, LOTS of bath towels, basic toiletries, and ONLY Cottonelle/soft toilet paper! Closets with hangers, a dresser and/or hooks, designated clothes-organization in every sleeping area. Master/Bedroom 1/King walk-in closet has ironing board, iron, and clothes steamer available for use. Access to washer/dryer, where there is an additional drying rack for shower/beach towels. Guest access You have the home to yourself and access to 2 living/family rooms, full kitchen, and 3 beds to sleep 2 each. There is also a couch in the living room and a large sectional sofa in the family room. Two full bathrooms. Large deck and backyard for outdoor dining and play!
