This is used solely to ensure there are no parties or events taking place at this property. -Only registered guests should have access unless previously approved. -If a party or event (heavy foot traffic on the ring) is identified, you will be asked to leave with no refund. Other things to note -If you use the fireplace, firepit and/or bbq pit, please bag the ash and dispose in the trash. If you use wood from our woodstack, there is an additional $25 charge. -The washer and dryer are avialable for your use, however please be mindful of water use here in dry Texas. Only wash a full load if you are using for personal laundry. - If you use the pool table, please be careful with the felt, it tears easily if you are not experienced. You will be charged a repair fee. - Please do not allow the littles to use the pool table. They may mishandle the poolsticks and/or tear the felt. - There are lots of game options for use, but please return game pieces back to the proper game/box.
