The complex is centrally located, just nearby there are lots of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, food trucks, shopping mall and beaches. Located just 5 minutes away from different beaches: - Janthiel beach - Mambo beach - Sea aquarium - Cabana beach - Wet and Wild. - Mood beach Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire house and all areas of the property. The resort is gated and only accessible to residents and guests with a remote-control device, which offers more privacy and safety. The resort has a swimming pool which is open 24/7, the pool is only available for residents and guests staying at the resort. Other things to note IMPORTANT! Kindly note that electricity use will be charged separately, as costs can run up if leaving the air conditioning on. We have a "pagatinu" system in the house which you can see your daily kwh usage. We will check the usage at departure and charge this separately, with normal use the costs will not be much.
