Experience this beautiful UofO campus neighborhood in this fun and stylish, recently remodeled home. Just three blocks from campus and a short walk to lots of amenities. We love dogs but please, no pets. The space The entire upstairs is a spacious master suite (king bed). The master bath has a large air jet tub and stand alone shower. Lots of natural light. There is also a large walk-in closet and work space. The downstairs has two smaller bedrooms, one with a queen and one Twin XL. The Queen room has a large closet. The kitchen is high end and spacious for a small home and very pleasant with vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light. The dining area is off the kitchen and is diner booth style. There is a work desk next to the fireplace that can be electronically raised and lowered to make it a standing desk. There is a laundry area in the basement, but be aware the housekeeper uses this area for the attached studio as well as well as the house. The backdoor to the house allows access to the basement without allowing access to the house (there is a 2nd door to the house). Other things to note There is one parking space on the right side of the driveway allotted for the house (the left side is for the studio... a separate rental). Street parking is unlimited from Friday at 6pm until Monday at 7am. Weekdays until 6pm it is 2 hour parking. You can move your vehicle after 2 hours to reset the clock. We keep a couple of spare umbrellas (full size) in the front bedroom closet. There is an iron and ironing board in the master bedroom closet. There is a hair dryer and curling iron in the master bath vanity. We provide Peet's Dark Roast coffee (Major Dickason's) for the Cuisinart coffee maker. There is also Nescafe instant Decaf and some tea options. The house does have A/C throughout. The systems for upstairs and downstairs are separate.
