Please don't worry about your laundry, that can be done later on "quick cycle", using the private, indoor washer and dryer. Take a quick stroll thru the private Gunbarrel Commons Park (0.2 miles) or the Twin Lakes trailhead (0.9 miles). The Runner or Bicycling enthusiast will enjoy an approximately (5 mile) run/ride to Boulder Reservoir via the LoBo Trail (the awesome trail that connects Boulder to Longmont with no riding/running on the street). Back to the condo, just steps away is a relaxing hot tub that is calling your name, under the stars or snow, open year-round (best kept secret, not many use it!). Also there is a seasonal swimming pool, open May thru September. TRANSPORTATION: Bus-stop with a covered-bench, located right behind the condo (the bus stop is slightly visible out the Master-bedroom window). Use the short-trail and turn left, (north) on the sidewalk. Quick and easy. GEN4 E-SCOOTERS: Typically parked or lying on sidewalks for use. They are quite affordable for short distance rides, only a $1.00 to unlock and .15 cents per minute. GUNBARREL SHOPPING CENTER: (0.9 miles ) includes a King Soopers grocery store, a gas station, coffee shops, a liquor store, restaurants, and a bar. Walkable from the condo.
