Conveniently located off of I-68, exit 4. Peaceful and private 1 large suite with queen-sized bed in a split-level house. Has private bathroom with shower, and a living room area. Small workspace/table. Free street parking. Walking distance to downtown/WVU campus (0.5 mile) and the Whitmore Park/Marilla Park (1 mile to the Rail Trail). 7 min drive to the WVU football stadium. 8 min drive to main hospitals. Great options for eating out and groceries within 3-10 mins away. Strong WiFi. The space The space is the finished 1st level of our house. It has a private entrance through our garage (which we don't use to park, only to store lawn equipment and others). Garage is lit with motion sensor lights. Guests who book long-stays can also use our laundry room (washer and dryer). During your stay Your space is locked with key. We live upstairs. You may or may not see us as we enter/exit the house (we can stop to say hello or not- it's up to you!). In the case of an emergency or something needs attention, we are available within the hour. If we are traveling, we have neighbors and friends nearby who can assist. Other things to note We are happy to provide suggestions of things to do and places to eat nearby. Ask away!
